In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

By completing the registration process at c789, you represent and warrant that all information you have provided is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change. c789 reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time and to request supporting documentation as part of its KYC process.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration — including false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement — constitutes a fundamental breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

Your c789 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. c789 will never ask you to provide your password by any means, including via email, telephone, or live chat. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify c789's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. c789 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

c789 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity associated with the account.
• The Player is found to have provided false or misleading registration information.
• The Player is found to be under the age of 21.
• The Player is found to have created duplicate accounts.
• The Player has materially breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A competent authority or regulatory body requires c789 to restrict or close the account.

Where c789 closes an account due to breach of these Terms & Conditions, c789 reserves the right to withhold any Balance in the account pending investigation and, where breach is confirmed, to forfeit such Balance in accordance with its anti-fraud and anti-money laundering obligations.

c789 accepts deposits from Pakistani players via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Allied Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time; the current list is displayed within the Banking section of your c789 account.

Minimum Deposit: PKR 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level and are displayed within the Banking section of your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c789's liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Services shall be limited to the amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

c789 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party payment processing delays beyond c789's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit c789's liability for death or personal injury caused by c789's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by c789, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The c789 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. c789 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, though c789 takes all commercially reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security.

c789 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at c789.today/privacy-policy. By registering a c789 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

c789 collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, management, and authentication.
• Identity verification (KYC) as required under international licensing obligations.
• Transaction processing, including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus administration.
• Fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and responsible gaming monitoring.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

c789 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player's account, or to suspend access to the platform in any jurisdiction, at any time without prior notice where required by law, regulatory directive, or as a result of material breach of these Terms & Conditions by the Player.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising from them or from use of the c789 platform, shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of c789's licensing authority. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through c789's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the relevant licensing authority.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms & Conditions, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
